Carmen Torres
I was born in La Garde-Freinet. In 2011 I discovered that working in real estate was a great way to demonstrate my love for the village. I take great satisfaction in contributing to its development by seeing new families moving here or the arrival of holidaymakers attracted by the charm of the village. I take great pleasure in running an agency where human contact is paramount and which guides you from start to finish of your real estate project.
Terence Bourke
I arrived in La Garde Freinet in 1987 to manage the branch of a major Grimaud agency located in Rue St Jacques. In 1999, I created my own Village Agency on Place Neuve where we still are today, under the management, since 2019, of Carmen.
Maxime Ristorto
I was born in La Garde Freinet. I recently discovered real estate during an internship at the Agence du Village. Being in line with the human values conveyed by Carmen and Terence, I decided to continue on this career path through a work-study BTS in Real Estate Profession.
